Your Story. Your Audience. Our Expertise

Every organization has a story to tell. The challenge? Getting the right people to hear it.

We believe storytelling isn’t just about sharing information—it’s about inspiring action.

D.C. streets are a meeting point of past and present, activism and ambition, local roots and global influence. There’s always a conversation happening—a story being told. Some stories are shouted through megaphones on Capitol Hill, others unfold in quiet moments between neighbors, in barbershops, or at community gatherings. These stories shape communities, create movements, and drive impact.

We’re here to make sure your story gets heard.

Born From a Moment. Built for Impact.

Streetwork Communications was founded in response to a moment of crisis—a time when digital visibility became a lifeline for communities.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Black and Brown businesses in D.C. were struggling to stay open. Founder David Street saw the urgency—he picked up his camera, started interviewing business owners, and used social media to help them reach new audiences and gain visibility.

The response was immediate: customers showed up, businesses gained traction, and a movement took shape.

That community-driven, impact-focused approach defines everything we do today
